| Zhang Fusuo, male, born in 1960 in Fengxiang county, Shaanxi and graduated from Hohenheim University in the Federal Republic of Germany in 1990 with a Doctor's degree and in the same year was assigned to work at the mobile post-doctoral station of China Agricultural University. Now he is the dean, professor and doctoral tutor of the resources and environment school of China Agricultural University, chairman of International Plant Nutrition Commission(2001--), executive council member of Chinese Society of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer Science and chairman of Youth Work Committee, executive council member of China Soil Society and chairman of Youth Committee, member of Environmental Physiology Specialty Committee of Chinese Society of Plant Physiology, deputy editor-in-chief and visiting research fellow and doctoral tutor of our Institute. He is now mainly engaged in the researches on availability of soil nutrients, plant-soil interaction mechanism, plant nutrition physiology and genetics. He has successively sponsored such research projects as topics for national key basic research plan project, topics for major projects of the national natural science foundation, topics for key projects and national climb planning project, outstanding youth foundation, outstanding middle-aged and youth special foundation and transcentury talents foundation and import of foreign advanced agro-techniques. He has published over 100 academic papers and seven monographs. |
