Resume:
Liu Xuejun, male, born in Sep. of 1969, a native of Hunan Taojiang, Han nationality. A selected candidate of 100 Talents Program of the CAS and professor of China Agricultural University. He is mainly engaged in the research on atmospheric settling and its eco-effects and management of nutrient resources. In 1991 he was conferred Bachelor's Degree in soil and plant nutrition by Hunan Agricutlural University; in 1994 he obtained Master's Degree in soil science from Hunan Agricutlural University and in 1997 obtained Doctor's Degree from the school of resources and environment under China Agricultural University.In 1997 he worked as lecturer in the school of resources and environment under China Agricultural University; in 1999 promoted to associate professor of the school of resources and environment under China Agricultural University; from 2005 up to now, he has been professor of the school of resources and environment under China Agricultural University. Since 1999 he has visited many countries including Germany, Dutchland, USA, Britain and Brazil for many times in succession and participated in international research programs and attended international academic conferences.He has been engaged in teaching and research work on plant nutrition and environmental sciences and carried out fruitful studies in the fields of farmland nitrogen cycle and atmospheric settling. He has undetaken many major research topics including the national natural science foundation, major projects of the Ministry of Education, 948 major import projects of the Ministry of Agriculture, major foundation projects in Beijing and Sino-German international cooperation projects and published over 50 papers including 24 SCI papers and 6 monographs. In 2006 he was selected into the support plan for outstanding talents in the new century under the Ministry of Education.
