1979年1月生于山西孝义，博士，中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所副研究员。
研究方向：
区域气候变化与绿洲水资源；绿洲小气候与农业蒸散发；荒漠植物的水分响应与适应。
学历教育：
美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校地理系访问学者（2015.1-2016.8）、美国圣地亚哥州立大学生物系访问学者（2014.6-2014.12）、中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所自然地理学博士（2005-2008）、中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所自然地理学硕士（2002-2005）、太原师范学院经济地理与城乡区域规划学士（1998-2002）。
