个人简况：

    副研究员，1972年1月生于新疆奇台。新疆自治区青年科技创新人才培养工程计划入选者（2013）、新疆“天山英才”工程入选者（2013、2016）,中国科学院“西部之光”人才培养计划优秀入选者（2016）。

研究方向：

　　干旱区土壤生态；植物抗逆性；土壤微生物；干旱区碳、氮等元素的生物地球化学循环。

学历教育：

　　中国科学院研究生院自然地理学博士（2005-2008）、新疆农业大学农学硕士（2002-2005）、吉林农业大学理学学士（1991-1995）。

工作经历：

　　2008-至今：中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所；1991-2005：新疆农业职业技术学院。
